Heritage Alive! Mountain Youth Talent Contest in Franklin
Nov 19, 7:30PM, Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts, Franklin NC. Over 45 acts by the area’s youth with talents in fiddle, cello, piano, mandolin, banjo, guitar, standup bass, poetry, and vocals will be competing. There will be solo performers, duos, trios and groups performing traditional, country, gospel, bluegrass, folk, hymns, and the spoken word. Emcee will be storyteller Amy Ammons Garza.
