Fishing News from David Grossman

Fall in the Asheville area is my absolute favorite time of year where chasing trout is concerned. I am a firm believer that more trophy trout are caught in the next two months then the rest of the year combined. This trophy season is a product of wild brown and brook trout beginning their annual spawning ritual with great opportunities to catch the trophy of a lifetime during these trout's pre-spawn activities (Remember don't  disturb fish actively spawning on redds).
