Feb 20, 2-4PM, Foothills Conservancy's Riverbend Boundary Preserve along the Broad River in Rutherford County North Carolina. Join FCNC (Foothills Conservancy of North Carolina) board member Jerry Stensland and the Rutherford Outdoor Coalition on an easy winter hike.We'll talk about conservation efforts along the river downstream from the Hickory Nut Gorge and warm up with hot drinks around a bonfire after the hike. With the weather being "iffy" be sure to RSVP for this hike just in case the hike is cancelled.
