Jer's Kitchen Valentine Dinner: All the Fuss without the Muss

Jer's Kitchen, Whistle Stop Mall, 1281 Georgia Road, Franklin North Carolina. Valentine Dinner - Back by popular demand! We are offering 3 wonderful entrees and three appetizers to chose from, along with salad, rolls and dessert. A wonderful feast for two! Dinner for two may be different entrees and appetizers.
Appetizers : Seafood Bisque, Shrimp Cocktail with remoulade or Mediterranean Plate-three varieties of hummus, with pita and feta cheese
Entrees:
-Filet of Beef-with bordelaise, garlic mashed potatoes and asaragus
-Coq au Vin-chicken with red wine sauce and mushrooms, and rice pilaf
-Onion Crusted Salmon- with garlic mashed potatoes, pomeray mustard creme sauce, and asparagus  - entrees are accompanied with yeast rolls
Salad: Mixed greens with marinated vegetables
Dessert: Jerri's wonderful Chocolate Truffle Cake with fresh raspberries
