Bryson City Living Center News - Every year we are inspected by a team from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services which regulates the care of residents that reside in nursing homes, adult care homes and assisted living facilities. We went through two days of inspection and surveying. At the end of the survey, the team found us to be deficiency free. This is the third year running that we have been a deficiency free facility. We received a four-star rating last year. To receive a four-star rating, you must be deficiency free for two consecutive years. We will receive another four-star rating this year (the highest rating given to a facility). I am very proud of our staff and our facility as we continue to offer excellent loving care to our residents. –Carolyn King, Admin.
