The 53st Annual Wagon Train begins today in Andrews NC. Participants join the Nation's oldest wagon train for Eastern America's most unique Wagon Train Tradition. The Annual trek proceeds along unused roads in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains with camp-outs in a grassy meadow bordered by a noisy stream. The wagon train includes a ride in a town's parade, sharing some wholesome grub from the chuck wagon and breath-taking sunsets and evenings with live entertainment and dancing.
