National Trails Day is Saturday, June 4 with early registration $15 before May 16th. The day is filled with fun and hard work. This year The Friends of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park will be improving sections of the Appalachian Trail between The Boulevard Trail and Siler's Bald.
The day begins with check-in, t-shirts + Blue Smoke Coffee, juice and donuts followed by team departures to specific work locations. Members of the 2011 Trails Forever Crew will be working alongside. Get details about the day, as well as links to the event announcement and registration form.
