July 21 2nd Annual Bikes, Brews and Views Beer Festival This Festival is held in conjunction with the 2012 USAC Gravity Nationals . Enjoy craft brews while watching professionals defy gravity. This year;s Festival will feature 40 different beers, including choices from Kind Beers, Natty Greene, Aviator Brewing, Sweet Josie, RJ Rockers, Faddie Maddie, Lone Rider, Southern Tier, Shock Top, Blue Point Brewery and Brooklyn Brewery.
There will also be live music, food vendors and lawn games throughout the afternoon. Shuttles will be provided throughout Beech Mountain. Purchase tickets in advance to save $5 off the gate price and $5 in parking.
July 18 - 22 USAC Mountain Bike Gravity Nationals Events include both Downhill and Dual Slalom. Competitors from across the nation will be present. Beech Mountain is the first resort in the South to host the event. No admission for spectators.
