In nine short minutes, you can learn how to become a more effective organization. Watch the new Pathways video about building the capacity of your organization to better serve your community. It's fun - really! Find the video link here. TIP: Order a free DVD and play the video at a staff and/or Board meeting to gain understanding of why capacity building is important and what's involved in making your organization stronger for the future.
