Asheville's Lexington Avenue shuts down just for LAAFFs
Once a year the city shuts down Lexington Ave in downtown Asheville for the Lexington Avenue Arts and Fun Festival (LAAFF). The all day, all local, all original street fair has grown to be the largest independent street fest in the southeast! The annual FREE end-of-summer celebration includes wild street performers, unique artwork and a wide variety of music. Three blocks of N. Lexington Ave in downtown are completely filled with all local art, food, beer, music and random acts of creativity. September 5 from 11 AM - 9 PM.
