Weekly Chef's Challenge in Asheville

June 15  in Asheville North Carolina  WNC Chefs Challenge 2010.  Every Tuesday evening local chefs compete and diners judge. The final 2 chefs compete at the the Asheville Wine and Food Festival  Aug 13-15.  This week's competitors: Nico’s Café from Waynesville VS.
