June 7 noon-4PM Asheville, Hops & Vines. All grain German Kolsch Bier. Learn all then ins and outs of all-grain brewing and feel confident in making the next step. We brew the beer on premises and cover everything - mashing, sparging, recipe formulation, sanitation and fermentation and bottling. The class includes a follow up bottling class two weeks later, when we bottle the beer and you take home a 6 pack of the brew!
