Wine News: 12th Annual Wine Festival in Laurel Springs

Ashe County News: Corn Fest this Weekend

Through Octrober 31, open Thurs - Fri: 5pm to 9pm - Sat: 9am to 9pm - Sun: 2pm to 7pm located near the "Jeffersons" - Have a fun filled day, with a variety of games for the entire family, special events and live entrainment. The corn maze takes anywhere from 25 minutes to 45 minutes to hours! There are six "stations" in the maze. Remembering where you've been and finding all the stations can get confusing. Then you have to find your way out. Group Rates Available.

Parkway News: Great Accessibility for Fall Color

As of September 29, 2009 all areas of the Parkway are open except 269.8 at Phillips Gap to 271.9 Cascade Park Overlook. The short section is currently closed for slide repairs but expected to be open this fall.
