June 21 Asheville, WNC Nature Center. Join the Western North Carolina Nature Center for Father's Day and spend some time with our animal dads. The Nature Center is open from 10 am to 5 pm and located at 75 Gashes Creek Road in East Asheville.
The first 100 dads will receive a free Nature Center coozie, courtesy of the Friends of the WNC Nature Center. Sunday's "Animal Moments" educational program will focus on animal fathers and their offspring. These moments are scheduled every day at 11:30 am and 3 pm for you to learn something new about nature!
