September 29 Cherokee Harvest Half Marathon and 5K The inaugural Cherokee Harvest Half Marathon will begin at 8 AM. The venue will be the former Cherokee High School on Acquoni Road in Cherokee NC.
Runners will start at the Expo Center and finish inside the stadium. The half marathon course will tour all of Cherokee and will be relatively flat except for one climb at the 6 mile mark. The 5K course will stay predominantly in town and is mostly flat. Military organizations, businesses, and non-profit clubs and organizations may receive a group discount.
