February 25, 2012 Stories of Mountain Folk from Catch the Spirit of Appalachia - Amy begins the show with a story called "My Uncle Ray," along with the song "Gonna Lay Down My Old Guitar," by Jim Greer; Doreyl's interview is with Dot Conner from Sylva… they discuss Dot's mother Mary Jane Queen, and the upcoming CSA Scholarships for Appalachian Studies. Amy then talks with Bonnie Ensley from Tuckasegee, who tells the story of her father, Dave Coggins, who was an old time mail carrier on Cullowhee Mountain.
