September 19-20 Flock to the Rock- Hawkwatching and Birding event at Chimney Rock Park in Chimney Rock NC.  Guided walks and programs with local birders allow you to "get up close and personal" with
non-releasable birds of prey. There will also be workshops on attracting birds, what to feed them, how to choose and use binoculars, and many more.
