Bluegrass Music Jam in downtown Marion
September 17 from 7PM-9PM at the Historic Marion Depot in Marion NC. The Bluegrass Music Jam is open to all musicians, no scheduled performers. Outdoors (weather permitting), bring chairs or blankets. Free. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, downtown Marion was established in 1842. The Marion Depot is an 1860s building recently renovated and is the oldest surviving depot on the Western Rail Line.
