July 4 Robbinsville, Snowbird Mountain Lodge. Bluegrass Partners & Independence Day BBQ. Once again we'll celebrate the holiday weekends of summer family style with old fashioned BBQ's on the lawn. Please join us for a Summertime feast of house-smoked pork, grilled burgers, ribs, chicken and all the fixin's you can imagine. The Bluegrass Partners will be on hand to entertain us with some foot stompin' bluegrass music and humorous anecdotes on the front porch during and after supper. These events will be held on the Saturday evening of the holiday weekends, but our dining room will be open for the usual sumptuous meals that guests have grown to love for the rest of the weekend.
