Cherokee Food, Music & Crafts Featured at Stecoah Valley Center
July 10 - 12 Stecoah Valley Cultural Arts Center. The Center will host Cherokee Days beginning with an authentic Cherokee dinner prepared by the North American Indian Women’s Association and served family style at 6:30pm. Reservations are required; cost is $14 for adults, $10 for students (K-12), and $7 for children. Evening entertainment begins at 7:30 p.m. with singer Paula Maney, followed by storyteller Kathi Littlejohn. Demonstrations of Cherokee dance by Danny Calhoun and Pow Wow dance by Daniel Tramper will complete the Friday evening activities. Admission is $10 for adults, $3 for students (K-12) and children under 5 are free. http://www.stecoahvalleycenter.com
