participating Main Street businesses and the Waynesville Fire and Police
Departments. DILLSBORO Halloween Day Celebration A family-oriented costume parade starts at 6 PM at Town Hall on Front Street. Boone Boo Ghosts, ghouls and goblins hit the streets of
Downtown Boone for the 12th Annual Downtown Boo!! The fun begins
at 4:00 pm at the Watauga County Library with crafts and activities for
the kids. At 4:30 pm there will be a parade to the Jones House Community
Center followed by Trick or Treating with the Merchants in Downtown
Boone until 6:00 PM.BRYSON CITY Downtown Trick or Treating All are welcome to dress up in costume, and safely enjoy getting treats from merchants in Bryson City. Prizes will be awarded for costumes in several age groups. Free event.
