Creative Corner: Doreyl's guest is Brant Barnes from Dillsboro for his third interview, who shares his deep love of pottery, with a description of how he realized his talent .  Music: "Orange Blossom Special" by Vance Trull.

Stories of Mountain Folk: Amy's guest is L. Scott Philyaw, Director of WCU's Mountain Heritage Center, who gives us a glimpse of his childhood.  Music: "Flop Eared Mule" by Raymond Fairchild.

Black Roots of Appalachia: Victoria's interview today is with Sibyl Davis Blakely from Sylva, who shares some events in her life on Locus Creek.  Music: "High, Low and Wide" by the Golden Gate Quartet.

Down Another Road: Judy's guest is Garius Hill from Madison County, who talks about his encounters with bears in the National Park in the 1960s.  Music: original interruption of "Amazing Grace" by Garius Hill.

Closing Song: "Boogie Woogie Boy" by the Asheville Muses.
